Chanel Renee Beard, 6, of 6620 Horst Road died at 3:36 p.m. Monday, Aug. 17, 1998, in Chambersburg Hospital from injuries suffered in an automobile accident that afternoon on Clayhill Road in Antrim Township, between Greencastle and Chambersburg. Born July 8, 1992, in Chambersburg, she was the daughter of Teal E.
She was a senior at William Penn High School. Shilie was also a member of the track team.
