A great start to any week is a new base from Chanel. Better still, this has already launched. Chanel Le Teint Ultra Tenue gives a velvet finish - it's definitely powdery, even the fluid version, so therefore (gutted) ruling it out for myself since I'm not a fan of killing any natural radiance and replacing it
