This is a special edition Chanel flap, called the Double Carry bag, specially made in luxurious goatskin/chevre quilted leather and with glowing iridescent rainbow-hued hardware. The goatskin leather version of this Chanel statement piece is highly coveted for its scratch-resistant versatility and luxury. The bag has a detachable adjustable leather shoulder strap and an ornamental double chain, one woven with purple goatskin and the other more a bijoux-style chain. The iridescent purple/violet hue has a chameleon like shade where it changes from grays to violets to plum purple depending on the light. Unique to the 2016 cruise collection. This item is in excellent condition with very few signs of use. The bag is naturally soft made of soft goatskin with soft panels. Corners are clean with no signs of rubbing or scuffing.
